A unique opportunity has arisen at Town Hall and Symphony Hall, Birmingham for someone who is looking to play a fundamental role in one of the UK’s leading arts organisations. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the newly created role of Director of Arts and Education Programming will be responsible for providing leadership, vision and strategic direction for the artistic and education programming of the organisation, ensuring that it is of the highest quality, regarded as a national and international exemplar and financially successful.

The ideal candidate will have artistic flair and experience of ambitious cross-genre programming. This is an exciting time to join THSH, our mission is connecting people to music and this role is pivotal in achieving this aim.
