You can find and follow/stalk us at www.twitter.com/THSHBirmingham where we’ll be probably tweeting between 5 and 15 times a day on lots of subjects, but mostly about:
- New and exciting gigs, concerts, shows and events heading for Town Hall or Symphony Hall
- Exclusive backstage and AAA content like photos, videos, audio and the occasional bit of gossip from behind the scenes at THSH
- The fantastic projects and events delivered by or involving our very wonderful Education and Community team
- Competitions and giveaways
- Projects created and delivered by fellow music and arts organisations, our partners and friends at local, national and regional levels
- Public service announcements like unforeseen cancellations and changes to events as well as access information and traffic and weather updates, sometimes for fun #uksnow
- Updates from all the brilliant teams who make up THSH including Programming, Commercial and Private Hire, Front of House, Box Office, Operations and Facilities, Bars and Hospitality, Technical and honorary team members like all our contractors
- Topical news and announcements from across music, culture, creativity, showbiz and entertainment
- Stuff we like and that makes us laugh – kittens, puppies, cake, poor Photoshop efforts and so on

We endeavour to reply to all questions tweeted to us on weekdays, however on occasion we might take a little longer to get the information you need – so please bear with us!
We tweet less on Saturdays and Sundays so if you have an urgent enquiry, please call our Box Office team between 10am and 8pm on 0121 345 0600.
Retweets
Whilst we’re able to retweet some non-THSH content, if you’ve asked us and we don’t reply please don’t take offence! It’s nothing personal – unfortunately we’re not able to retweet everything we’re sent…as much as we’d like to!
Direct Messages
We check our Direct Messages regularly, but the quickest way to contact us on Twitter is to send us a public message using the @ function. We’ll never contact you by DM to ask for confidential or sensitive information like personal or payment details – if you have any concerns about messages sent from us at the @THSHBirmingham account, please either call us on 0121 345 0600 or email us at digital@thsh.co.uk

To be able to keep on top of our Twitter stream, we tend to follow artists, promoters, partners, sponsors, media, and related music and arts organisations and businesses around the UK and abroad.
