Orchestra of the Swan and Benjamin Grosvenor return to perform Beethoven’s powerful third piano concerto a work rich in the turbulent emotions for which Beethoven was becoming known. Also featured is one of the central works of the symphonic repertoire, Beethoven’s Symphony No 6, Pastoral.
1.30pm Free pre-concert talk with conductor and soloist.
Post-concert Conversation Club starts 15 minutes after the performance ends.
