CBSO Youth Orchestra
Symphony Hall

The CBSO Youth Orchestra does everything on a grand scale, and masterpieces don’t come much grander than Bruckner’s mighty Romantic Symphony. Huge, majestic and ravishingly beautiful, it’s a true epic – and a thrilling challenge for our young players in their first appearance with CBSO principal guest conductor Edward Gardner. Alban Berg’s gorgeous early songs set the romantic mood: if you like Strauss and Mahler, you’ll love these. And Bartók’s show-stopping Dance Suite gets things off to a fiery start. Hold onto your seat!
