Town Hall celebrates the electric local music scene with three hotly-tipped Birmingham-based bands. Pram create haunting and mesmerising music and will launch their eagerly anticipated new album at the concert. Modified Toy Orchestra circuit-bend toys beyond their original capabilities, creating perfect pop songs from imperfect instruments. Completing the line up are the miniature indie orchestra Shady Bard.
