A night of music, dance and voice. Over 300 musicians and dancers will perform numbers from the musicals including _Wicked, Les Miserables_ and _We Will Rock You_ with a finale of Motown songs and Elgar. The show also features a guest Michael Jackson tribute act. A great night out for the whole family.

Rimsky-Korsakov’s most popular work is the music for today’s Schools Concert, specially devised for Key Stage 2 (Years 3 & 4) students. Based around the ancient tales of the Arabian Nights, the colourful sounds of the full symphony orchestra will transport young imaginations to far-off lands. We conjure up the world of a skilful storyteller - the clever and beautiful Sultana Scheherazade - for adventures at sea with Sinbad the sailor, festivals in Baghdad, and young Princes and Princesses falling in love.
