THSH Education & Community department offers a wide range of creative opportunities to connect people to music, inspired by the magnificence of our world-class venues and the wide range of outstanding, uplifting and transformative musical experiences on offer.
We invite, engage and inspire over 20,000 people every year through our Education and Community work which is developed and delivered in partnership with a wide range of organisations and through consultation with participants. Project Managers in the department have particular focus on children and young people and community engagement and use their expertise in these areas to develop high quality programmes of work.
THSH is entering into an exciting programme of work in partnership with Birmingham Jazz, following a successful joint application to become one of the Arts Council England’s National Portfolio Organisations.
