Levels of Membership

Friends of Town Hall & Symphony Hall membership is available at four levels, with the option of joining as a individual, couple (two adults at the same address) or family (up to two adults and up to three children under 18 at one address).

Friends membership also makes the perfect gift – for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day, to celebrate an anniversary or even to say thank you.

Bronze: £35 Individual, £60 Couple, £80 Family

• Be among the first to hear about forthcoming events at Town Hall & Symphony Hall, with Friends monthly e-news, a quarterly newsheet and advance mailing of the What’s On guide.
• Receive priority booking for concerts in the Birmingham International Concert Season.
• Book your tickets with ease using your personalised membership card and the Friends booking hotline, and save money with waived postage.
• Meet other Friends through a range of events, and in the exclusive Friends bar area at Symphony Hall on concert nights.
• Selected last minute email ticket offers, and discounts at a range of local outlets.

Silver: £80 Individual, £140 Couple, £190 Family

Receive all the benefits of Bronze Membership, plus:

• Priority booking for the New Year’s Eve Gala Concert at Symphony Hall, and advance notification of on-sale dates for new concerts at both halls.
• An invitation to the annual Silver Friends Reception.
• Access to selected open rehearsals at Town Hall & Symphony Hall.
• Additional special ticket offers.

Gold: £250 Individual, £400 Couple, £600 Family

Receive all the benefits of Silver Membership, plus:

• An invitation to perform on stage at our annual Gold Friends Day.
• Priority booking periods for additional concerts at Town Hall & Symphony Hall, including an extended period for the annual Symphony Hall New Year’s Eve Gala.
• An invitation to the annual Gold Friends Reception.
• A thank you from Town Hall & Symphony Hall in the programmes for the Birmingham International Concert Season.
• The option to pay by monthly Direct Debit.

Platinum: £1250 Individual, £2000 Couple, £2600 Family

Being our Platinum Friend provides an opportunity to offer additional support to our work, with a package of distinctive benefits to thank you for your gift:

• An invitation to our annual thank you dinner with the Director of Town Hall & Symphony Hall.
• Thank you in selected print material throughout the year, with a personal copy of our Annual Report.
