Restoration Project

A dedicated team of conservation and construction experts, led by Wates Construction, Urban Design and Rodney Melville and Partners, painstakingly renovated this Grade 1 listed buiding.

The £35m restoration project was funded by Birmingham City Council (£18.3m), Heritage Lottery Fund (£13.7m) and European Regional Development Fund (£3m).
