This exhibition marks Andy Hamilton’s 90th birthday. Andy has been a part of the Birmingham Jazz scene as musician, educator and promoter for over fifty years. Since the early 90s Smethwick based photographer, Russ Escritt, has been documenting Andy’s gigs with the Blue Notes and guests at his various residencies in Bearwood. Some of the best of these images are on show here.
