The Grand Finale concert of IDRS 2009 embodies the conference theme of the “old and new”, featuring performances by established artists whilst also celebrating up-and-coming talent with a performance of the Vaughan Williams’ concerto given by the winner of this year’s IDRS Gillet-Fox Competition.
