Music For Youth Family Prom

This fun family event is hosted by BBC Midlands Today’s Michael Collie and is packed with exciting performances from some of Birmingham’s best local music groups.

Featuring music from Mary Poppins by Birmingham Schools Concert Orchestra, legendary jazz saxophonist Andy Hamilton’s Notebenders, brass musicians from Birmingham Conservatoire, over 120 young musicians from the wider opportunities programme and the Sing for All and Black Voices community choir.

120 young musicians from four schools across Birmingham;
Hillstone Junior & Infant School, Shirestone Junior & Infant School, Perry Common Junior & Infant School and Elms Farm Community School.

The concert last approximately one hour.
