Town Hall, Birmingham and World War II

During the wars, Town Hall was used as an army recruitment centre, sandbagged against enemy action, and hosted patriotic meetings featuring Churchill and Chamberlain. Professor Carl Chinn presents an illustrated talk, with live music from the period provided by Garry Allcock and his All-Stars Band.
