Booking tickets to hear your favourite artists and music has become quicker and easier.

Add £2.50 to the cost of your tickets to cover the transaction fee per each transaction and enclose your payment. Should you require your tickets to be posted to you, please add a further £1 to the amount.

Booking In Person
On entering the ICC through the main entrance on Centenary Square the Box Office is to your right.
Open on event days only – please check whether open with the box office on 0121 345 0600. On entering the building via the main entrance in Victoria Square the Box Office is to your right.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Performances Birmingham Ltd’ with the amount left open, but an upper limit stated in the bottom left-hand corner.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
You may not sell it to a third party or use it for any commercial or promotional purpose without our consent. Refunds will be given if the performance is cancelled. Tickets are not transferable to another concert or event unless you are advised otherwise and you may be charged a fee. Please take care of your tickets, as we may not be able to issue duplicates. You may be charged for duplicate tickets. Promotional codes and special offers cannot be applied to tickets that have been already booked. Please check your tickets carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Every member of the audience must possess a valid ticket. Tickets that have been altered or defaced will be deemed invalid and you may be refused entry. We reserve the right to alter the location of your seat without prior notice. Should this be necessary we will reimburse any reduction in value between your original seat and your new location.
