Beethoven
Symphony No 5, 31'’

Come and be part of a dynamic take on one of Beethoven’s towering masterpieces as The Multi-Story Orchestra make their Birmingham debut.

Led by Christopher Stark, their approach to presenting live classical music in unexpected settings has been widely celebrated (“the response was ecstatic, and it deserved to be” – The New York Times), and this performance includes one of their unique ‘Living Programme Notes’, where the whole Multi-Story Orchestra celebrate and explore the symphony with the audience.

The Multi-Story Orchestra is also part of Birmingham Weekender, which returns in 2017 with three great days out for all the family from 22-24 September. See Birmingham’s major arts organisations alongside shining lights from the city’s independent scene, plus invited international artists.
