have one item signed and to take a selfie
- Exclusive gifts
Max of 8 per person
Under 14s must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over.
The main booker will need to provide ID. If they aren't attending, the attendee will need to provide 1 item of ID stating the main booker's name in order to gain entry to the auditorium.
A VIP ticket gives you one the best seats for the show, access to a meet-up with Dan and Phil and exclusive gifts. VIPs should please arrive 3.5 hours before the listed start of the show. You will be wristbanded by a member of the production team and shown to the meet-up area. All VIPs will meet Dan and Phil and have the opportunity to have one item signed and to take a selfie. Please be aware that there will not be a professional photographer on site, so if you would like a photo, please bring your own camera or phone - also make sure it’s charged and with enough storage! After you have met Dan and Phil you will be given a gift bag including exclusive VIP tour merchandise, then your wristband will be removed and kept by the production team. VIPmeet-up areas will vary from venue to venue, but where possible a large enough room will be provided in which after meeting Dan and Phil, VIPs can hang out with each other, sign the guest book and listen to a special playlist curated by Dan and Phil. VIPs also get the best seats in the venue to watch the show – usually the front few rows closest to the stage. *Please do not bring any gifts for Dan or Phil because unfortunately they will not be able to transport them home while on tour. Small letters and art are fine. There will be many ways for all attendees to participate in the show however!
Do note: you can only gain access to the meet-up with a VIP ticket. If an Under 14 wishes to attend, their accompaniment also needs a VIP ticket.
If an access customer wishes to have a free carer ticket allocated alongside their purchased ticket, then they must be able to show proof of access needs - for example by production of a doctor's letter, proof of receipt of DLA or a disabled parking badge. This proof can be shown in person at the venue. Tickets will NOT be posted (please leave for collection) . If an access customer buys a VIP ticket and has a free carer ticket allocated, the carer will not be entitled to meet, take a photo with or have anything signed by Dan and Phil, or have a VIP goody bag. Thanks for your understanding.
* Prices shown are inclusive of a £3 per ticket commission. (Applies to over the phone and in person transactions – save 50p per ticket when you buy online!)
Commission exclusions apply – see full Terms and Conditions.
