It’s quick and easy to book tickets for events at Town Hall and Symphony Hall.
Find the event you want to attend and click Book Now button on the listing page. You will then be able to select seats and add them to your basket.
All ticket prices include a per ticket commission unless otherwise stated. This is waived for THSH Patrons, SoundBite and SoundBite Plus Members and if you book a package of 3 or more classical concerts, So remember to log in to your account before making your purchase. If you choose to receive your tickets by post, a £1.50 postage fee will still apply.
Please note: every member of the audience over the age of 18 months must possess a valid ticket. (It is fine for older children to sit on the lap of an adult, however if they are over 18 months old they still require a ticket.)
The Box Office is to your right as you enter through the main ICC entrance on Centenary Square. We’re open Monday to Saturday from 10am – 6pm, and on concert evenings 30 minutes into the start of the performance.

Symphony Hall Box Office, in the ICC is open 10am - 6pm (Monday - Saturday). Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays except when there is an event (open two hours before event starts).

Print at Home Tickets
What is Print at Home (PAH)?
PAH is a method of receiving your tickets via email. Rather than having tickets posted to you, or collecting them from the Box Office, an email is sent following a confirmation email, with a PDF attachment containing your tickets. Print at home tickets are used in the same way standard tickets except that they are printed on printer paper by you at home instead of printed onto the venues ticket stock.
I forgot to print my PAH tickets, can I show them on my phone?
No, only printed tickets will be accepted. We can usually reprint your tickets for you at the box office; however there will be a duplicate ticket charge of £2 for this.

THSH offers Ticket Protection to protect your transaction through the provider Ticket Plan. This is not an insurance policy. For a fraction of the cost of your tickets, it allows you to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including per ticket commission) if you are unable to make it to your event. Please see below downloads for the full terms and conditions. Any refund will be managed by Ticket Plan Group on behalf of THSH. To purchase simply:
1. Select the event you wish to attend and choose your seats
2. If ticket protection is available for this event the Ticket Protection page will appear with the correct number of tickets selected. Click ‘Add to basket’ followed by ‘Continue to basket’
3. Click ‘Checkout’ and complete your purchase
How do I claim a refund?
Visit www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form and complete an online refund application form or write to Ticket Plan at TicketPlan Administration Service, Leigh House, Broadway West, Leigh On Sea, Essex, SS9 2DD in order to request a refund application form as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.
