This weekend (11-13 September) Town Hall and Symphony Hall throw open their doors and invite you to a host of FREE events all in the name of Birmingham?s biggest and most vibrant cultural festival that celebrates the wealth of creative talent in the West Midlands.
The weekend kicks off on Friday evening at 5.30pm with the ever-popular Rush Hour Blues but we?ve gone one better for ArtsFest by putting Tim Amann?s X-tet and Zappajazz on the main stage at Symphony Hall! The night continues at Town Hall with swing classics from BBC Big Band at 8pm.
On Saturday , Town Hall will showcase performances from the Town Hall Associate Artists from 12 noon to 7pm. Just turn up and enjoy the music! And Sunday sees even more free performances at Town Hall from a variety of community artists throughout the afternoon. Check out the line up here.
All day Saturday and Sunday we will be at our Ask It stall on upper New Street where you can find out what?s on at each venue, talk to the team, join our mailing list and pick up copies of our what?s on guide and other freebies.
