Follow signs to Birmingham City Centre and then follow the brown tourist signs to the International Convention Centre (ICC) and the Barclaycard Arena (formerly the NIA). Symphony Hall and Town Hall are not featured on road signage.
Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill stations are within easy walking distance of Town Hall and Symphony Hall. Moor Street and Five Ways are slightly further away but still within walking distance.

We offer parking facilities for Blue Badge holders. This can be arranged from the time of your original booking between 10am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Bookings cannot be made on the day of the performance. Subject to availability. Please contact the Box Office on 0121 780 4949 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need your Blue Badge details, vehicle registration number, concert date, contact name and telephone number.
Please note: Blue Badge parking is only available 90
minutes in advance of each performance. The facility for Symphony Hall
bookings is manned by the ICC Security team. If there is no Security
member present during this time then please ring the buzzer.
Symphony Hall Disabled Parking:
Once booked, Symphony Hall Disabled Parking is located in Bay B.
Bay B is located at the back of the ICC building next to the Prince of Wales Pub and is accessible from Cambridge Street via the gated entrance.
Symphony Hall Disabled & Coach drop-off facilities:
Due to extensive building work in Centenary
Square we are no longer able to offer a drop-off facility at the main entrance
to the Symphony Hall. A KAP Officer will be available at the KAP barrier
for all Symphony Hall concerts and will be able to direct customers to suitable alternative drop-off
Town Hall Disabled Parking:
Once booked, Town Hall Disabled Parking is located at the side of the Town Hall. Please visit http://www.paradisebirmingham.co.uk/access/ for further information about the road works and how this may affect your travel.
Town Hall Coach drop-off:
Town Hall does not have a coach drop off facility. The closest road where coaches can drop off is Hill Street.
There is a taxi rank across the road from Symphony Hall outside the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
For Town Hall, there are taxi ranks on Colmore Row and at the bottom of Hill Street. Taxis travel along Pinfold Street but there is no taxi rank there.
Traffic and parking may be problematic on nights when there are large events happening at the Barclaycard Arena. Check the Travel posts on our News page for updates.
Please also allow extra time to pass through security and only bring small bags with you – larger bags will need to be stored separately. (Please note, there is a £1 charge for use of the cloakroom.) THSH customers may be subjected to random bag searches by our security team. Thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding.
