By Road

Birmingham is easily accessible from the M5, M6, M40 and M42.

Follow signs to Birmingham City Centre and then follow the brown tourist signs to the International Convention Centre (ICC) and the Barclaycard Arena (formerly the NIA). Symphony Hall and Town Hall are not featured on road signage.

By Rail

Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill stations are within easy walking distance of Town Hall and Symphony Hall. Moor Street and Five Ways are slightly further away but still within walking distance.

By Air

Birmingham International Airport’s adjacent rail station – Birmingham International – has frequent trains to the city centre.


Parking

Town Hall

The Holliday Street (B1 1TQ) and Town Hall (B1 1TA) multi-storey car parks are within walking distance.

Symphony Hall

The most convenient car park is the Q-Park Brindleyplace (1 Brunswick Street, B1 2JF). Become a THSH Members and enjoy a discount on parking here.

Additional spaces are available in the main pay and display car park underneath the Barclaycard Arena (B1 2AA); the Paradise Circus multi-storey car park (B1 2NB); and the Cambridge Street car parks.

Blue Badge

We offer parking and drop-off/collection facilities for Blue Badge holders. This can be arranged at the time of your original booking and must be done at least 24 hours before your visit. Subject to availability. Please contact the Box Office on 0121 780 4949 or email boxoffice@thsh.co.uk. We will need your Blue Badge details, vehicle registration number, concert date, contact name and telephone number.

Additional free disabled parking is available on Level 9 of the North Car Park in the Barclaycard Arena.

Taxis

There is a taxi rank across the road from Symphony Hall outside the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

For Town Hall, there are taxi ranks on Colmore Row and at the bottom of Hill Street. Taxis travel along Pinfold Street but there is no taxi rank there.

Please note

Traffic and parking may be problematic on nights when there are large events happening at the Barclaycard Arena. Check the Travel posts on our News page for updates.
